Participation & Conduct: 

• Maintain a strict child-to-adult supervision ratio for safety.
• Ensure all supervising staff are trained in first aid and emergency response.
• Conduct head counts regularly during activities and transitions.
• Provide safety gear and ensure children follow safety protocols for all activities.
• Parents are responsible for ensuring their child is physically and emotionally able to participate in skiing, excursions, and planned activities.

Travel & Accommodation:

• Only use licensed and verified transportation services.
• Accommodate children in safe, child-friendly, and secure lodging.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of transportation and accommodation facilities.

Health & Medical Care:

• Parents must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, medications, and dietary needs before departure.
• KCamp staff and directors will provide supervision and basic medical support, but professional medical treatment may be sought if necessary.
• In case of medical emergency, parents authorize KCamp staff to seek and approve medical care on their behalf.
• Parents are financially responsible for any medical expenses not covered by the provided travel/health insurance.

Insurance & Liability: 

• Comprehensive travel is included; coverage details will be shared before departure.
• KCamp is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• KCamp is not liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur despite proper supervision and safety measures.

Financial Terms: 
 

• Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of trip fees.
• Fees are non-refundable except in cases of trip cancellation by KCamp.
• If a camper is dismissed for misconduct or if parents withdraw their child, no refund will be provided.

Communication:

• KCamp to maintain open communication with parents, providing trip itineraries and emergency contact information.
• Notify parents promptly in case of any changes to plans or emergencies.

Activities and Experiences:

• KCamp to ensure all activities are age-appropriate, well-planned, and supervised.
• Avoid any activities that may pose unnecessary risks or discomfort to children.
• Promote learning, cultural understanding, and respect for local customs.

Respect and Inclusion:

• Foster an inclusive environment, ensuring all children feel welcomed and respected.

Media & Privacy

• Parents consent to KCamp taking photos and videos of campers during the trip, which may be used for camp communications, reports, and promotional purposes.
• Parents must inform KCamp in writing if they do not wish their child to appear in media content.

Parent Acknowledgment

By signing/accepting these Terms & Conditions, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood the above.
• I release KCamp, its directors, staff, and partners from liability for risks inherent in travel, skiing, and trip activities.
• I commit to supporting KCamp in maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all participants.
